All junior sailors are required to have the following:

Approved Coast Guard Life Jacket Level III
-
Storm whistle
-
T-shirt
-
Water shoes (preferred) or Teva-type sandals
-
Sunscreen, applied before the sailor leaves home
-
Bailer, can be cut out of a laundry bottle
-
Hat (optional)
-
Sunglasses, optional
-
Water bottle, optional
-
Towel, optional (necessary on first day - swim test)
Remember
to have all items clearly marked with the sailor’s name or boat name.
